Blu VIVO X
Review
The Blu VIVO X one of the flagship smartphone of the brand
BLU that is designed with details in mind. The built in quality let us know it
is a flagship, it is a nice phone for those who do not to spend much and still
have a good processor, enough RAM to run almost every game in the market, and
of course all the social media y applications that you might need to check the
weather, read news, chat with friends, and watch videos.
The battery life it is great for this device, if you don’t squeeze
it in games. Since it is not meant to be a gamer phone, but the Mediatek P25
makes it possible and its 4Gb Ram can handle any of the new games. But, as I
mention it is not quite the idea of the phone.
The security features with It incorporated finger print
sensor in the front super easy to work with and face recognition unlock. In my
opinion the finger print sensor it is now the best protection, since the face
recognition yet has its flaws, and it’s in it first development stages so in a
few month or years it will be improved in a better way. Maybe with the new A.I.
chipsets working with the camera sensor will make this feature more secure.
The 2 sims slots are very convenient. It’s a hybrid system,
which means you can use it the two slots to allocate 2 sims or 1 sim + 1
microSD. And here we can find the smartphone can handle almost all the fastest
microSD cards.
Vivo X brings the command centre, or lets call it the tab where all the
adjustments and toggles are placed in the bottom, so the 6 inch display phone
is very handy to use with just one hand pulling out your setting from the
bottom. It is not revolutionary but very well appreciated.
Flawless Selfie
The VIVO X has dual 20 Megapixel + 8 Megapixel front cameras to enhance self
portraits to limits that are unheard of.
Equipped with a SONY IMX 376 sensor, the 20MP camera works along with the 8MP camera to capture 120˚ wide angle shots that you and your entire group of friends will cherish.
Using 4-cell technology, which compounds 4 pixels into one sensor unit, it captures 4 times of amount of light, which improves the image quality greatly, especially in low light.

Blast Your Beats
Equipped with state of the art audio technology, the VIVO X gets impressive
theater-like sound thanks to MAXXAudio technology. With sound enhancements that
include sweet highs, smooth alto mids and deep bass to enjoy music and videos
to the fullest. Any way if you want to extract all the juice from the audio
chip you better use your trusty noise cancelling headphones. My preference is
open back monitor headset, the earbuds that came with the phone are not the
best for the sound or in the market, so, use your preferred one and enjoy the
ride.
Super Charged!
Countless hours of entertainment at your fingertips with the VIVO X’s 4,010mAh
battery. With 20 days stand by time and 2 days of usage without necessity of
charging, better yet with the Quick Charger the VIVO X will fully charge in 2.5
hours.
Globally Connected & Dual Sim
Take advantage of different voice and data plans for better
rates, better coverage and separate bills with the VIVO X Dual SIM slots.
Android 7.0 Nougat
Introducing Android 7.0 Nougat. This new Android version includes new
multi-window support to use apps on screen simultaneously, better background
optimization to minimize RAM use by system and apps, project Vulkan API, a new
3D rendering API for 3D graphics and more. With these new enhancements in
addition to other great features, users will have many new capabilities. The screen
recording feature is a good one. Considering it is a built-in, is not that bad.
Also the black screen gestures and the double tap to unlock the screen with the
face recognition works every time. I don’t think for a budget smartphone like
this it’s the best and secure thing, again, for me the finger print sensor gets
better security, but, it is up to you.
At the end, for the price, it is a nice phone, maybe you will get stuck
with Android 7, Blu is not those who update the devices up to the date. But the
cameras, the sound, the design, for the bucks… it worth it.
